Hi Mike, I met an RH neg man, do I need to say more? He calls me his white Raven. I miss everyone, I’ve been away from the blog since the email issue, and new…not so new rh neg man in my life! I’m very unimportant person, average I may conclude, minus the rh neg stuff…Every song I listen to is about being a warrior…( my deceased sons song to me ” meet me on the battlefield ” syrvicina ” ) My battle is for humane health care facilities…to help one another out. No judgement!!! And being empathetic ( you can’t teach) that’s so exhausting today…its like I’m a warrior for these intrinsic emotions for guarding the underdog… Sometimes I just need to make the point…I’m a warrior for our future children, for the drug addict with no guidance, for any victim of abuse. Its so simple our battles…(not) but in my observations…no matter who you are or anyone is…we all deserve love, respect, empathy, help if needed…sounds simple…I’m fighting on the frontlines daily….just Care…that’s the first step! Great advice, be yourself. It would help so much if rh-‘s lived near each other. Imagine if rh- women never experienced a toxic degrading relationship…might be a different world.

Hi Mike. I think when it comes to equality between the male & female sex during the times of Antiquity in the areas you mentioned, it depended upon the social development of the different groups mentioned & how they dealt with one another.
In Egypt for example, a women’s place in life depended highly on her social status.
Position in life was handed down & the upper classes were in the minority like most Agrarian societies of that time. Yes, an upper class woman could own property, yet through what circumstances? Most marriages within the upper classes & the cust that served them were arranged. It had to do with joining the families, property & monetary influence.
I don’t feel life in those times was all glamor with dealing with social disasters, plagues, wars, ect. The infant mortality rate wasn’t all that great. It is also on record that some women used crocodile poo as a means for birth control. Well the smell alone may have prevented any fornication to even take place, but what do I know.
As I’ve said before, there was a shadow of
tradition that goes back to “prehistory ” & that is the family trees going down the female line rather than the male. It is also evident in Hebrew culture & Celtic culture.
I feel the Celtics developed in a different aspect. They also kept more communal traditions which is another trace of prehistory. That has it’s roots in matriarchal ways of working together, caring for the young, sick & disabled. This went had in hand
with the fraternity of “brothership”.
I feel all these groups back then developed at different stages depending on what weapons, resources & how large they were. Resources included what bodies of water were near them, what tools & what domesticated animals were used & why.
Also, what form of communication.
Who knows how, for example, the Celts would have developed if they would have been left alone.
I feel my rights would have not been any better back then. It’s the luck of the draw really. Today, things are indeed different in many aspects depending on where one lives.
Maybe, I still have a lot to learn.
