Acidic sweat: common in rh negative people?

William Rory Gallagher (2 March 1948 – 14 June 1995) was an Irish blues and rock multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer.

The most notable effect that years of touring have had is the almost complete removal of the guitar’s original sunburst finish, helped by Gallagher’s unusually acidic sweat, due to Gallagher’s rare blood type.

Rory Gallagher was blood type AB negative. He also abused various substances heavily. Many have suspected a connection between his rare blood type and his sweat being acidic.
