According to one study, rh factor doesn’t seem to play a role, but ABO does. Patients with group A and B blood groups ratios were higher than the control group, but not statistically significant (P = 0.325 and P = 0.138). The ratio of the patient group with AB blood group was significantly higher than in the control group (P < 0.01). The ratio of blood group O of patient group was significantly lower than in the control group (P < 0.01). There were no statistically significant differences between the patient and control groups in the distribution of Rh factor. See the study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6298270/
