I don’t know Gerald Ford’s blood type, but interestingly he was left-handed.
Were all of us coddled as children because we almost died – or were sick a lot?
My mother was protective and I was allowed to read all the time.
My aunt was having miscarriages and stillborns (5).
My great-grandmother also lost babies.
So, my theory is that in these smaller families, the parents ended up with more money.
They could pass along the money to fewer children and thus become more successful.
Our family has had many professional people. But maybe they just had higher IQs.
I was an rh neg baby born to an rh neg mother and perfectly healthy. But so was my sister who is rh positive. My brother was/is healthy, rh neg, developed chrohn’s at about 19 but has has had it under control and is 42.
At 52 I have some arthritis in my hands but otherwise enjoy good health, thank you Lord Jesus.
I did have HELLP Syndrome with both my pregnancies but my babies were healthy and I recovered fine. They are rh positive as is my husband.
Since HELLP continues to be poorly misunderstood I always wondered if our blood types had anything to do with it. But no known history of hellp or eclampsia on either side of my family.
