The more I am learning about nutrition, the more I am in awe over the human body having to fight off toxins coming from all angles, while never sufficiently receiving all the nutrients it craves. Cravings are what guides us as long as fresh and natural food options are provided. If you crave something sweet, get some fruits. Your craving is there to ensure your vitamin intake is up to par. Eat intuitively. Try reducing toxic “options”. Try fasting from time to time. This is not about superhuman goals. It is about patterns.
