I am an A- woman and I have been doing a carnivore diet for 11 days and my body is completely transforming. I have so much energy all day and into the evening, and I can get up in the morning without any fogginess. My stomach became leaner on the second day, and just keeps shrinking, and I’m looking more sculpted and slender. I used to become bloated after every meal, and it was so frustrating because all I used to eat were fruits, vegetables, fish, and poultry. A year and half ago, my long-standing gallbladder issues became intolerable. My digestion became so limited, I only ate carrots, celery, and fish for 4 months, and I was bloated and puffy and in pain every day. I had my gallbladder removed because I couldn’t continue feeling so unhealthy. It helped a little bit, but not significantly. This year, I stumbled across the carnivore and lion diet (from the Peterson family) and decided to try it because I’ve tried everything else. For the past 11 days, I’ve only eaten steak, eggs, tuna and salmon, and I’m shedding extra weight and I never get bloated or indigestion. I am committed to eating this way for a month as an experiment, but I might make this a more long term diet.
I am very curious to hear about the results after a month. In addition, I am also interested in hearing what types of cravings came up. Not stuff like potato chips with loads of artificial flavors, but if there are real food items that you wished you could consume. Of course, I will then take that a step further and also ask what would happen if you added those items. I will make another post with his daughter Mikaela’s appearance on Joe’s podcast a couple of years later.
hi RJ I am KJ (lol) I am O- female
I too had my gallbladder removed (though mine was 7 years ago) and have fought the battle of bloating and indigestion for what seems like forever. I also suffer from blank/staring seizures so I decided to try extreme KETO. I am on day 3 and have dropped as many pounds, though not in ketosis yet and continue to have blank seizures approximately 2 times daily. I have also committed to 30 days of experimentation. Just sharing, and also wanted to say thanks for your carnivore diet info as I was not familiar with it until your post. If keto fails me I may try it, as I am already eating many meats on KETO. Please continue to share your progress.
