If you have gout, you’re told to avoid meat, but in reality, you need to avoid sugar and alcohol.

If you have high blood pressure, you’re told to avoid salt, but in reality, you need to avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates in general.

If you have diabetes, you’re told to reduce red meat and saturated fat and eat whole grains, but in reality, you need to eliminate all carbohydrates and consume more meat and fat.

If you’re obese, you’re told to reduce calories indiscriminately or go on a low-fat diet, but in reality, you need to reduce your insulin by reducing your carbohydrate intake and prioritizing protein and healthy fats for better metabolism.

Basically, conventional dietary advice keeps you sick enough to require medications, while the truth frees you of chronic disease and medications.
