Can eating seaweed regulate your iron and B12 levels?

On What is the right diet for rh negatives?, I have recommended eating seafood as I often do. I believe a large part of our rh negative ancestry consumed plenty of it and we often being anemic and B12 deficient may be a sign of not eating the way we are genetically predestined to.

Since many of you are vegetarian or vegan, this post is an addition pointing out one source of iron and in some cases vitamin B12 that is often overlooked:

Seaweed.

Seaweed contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including iodine, iron, and calcium. Some types can even contain high amounts of vitamin B12.

Dried green and purple lavers (nori) contain substantial amounts of biologically active vitamin B12 but less of dietary iodine relative to other edible seaweeds.
