Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.
I often hear the term “narcissist” and am not always sure which details are missing.
As I don’t always dismiss labels, I am hardly satisfied with them.
Are all narcissists created equal?
What does the term exactly mean to YOU and have you ever experienced an Rh negative individual and/or empath who also fits the profile?
Yes! My Mother. She is O negative and she is the biggest narcissist I know. Manipulative, selfish, lying, stealing, abusive (physically and emotionally) and has NO empathy. She used everyone and is always the victim. She has chased away all of her other children; I am thr ONLY one who takes care of her. (To note, I am her only negative child. My siblings are all positive). She’s chased away ALL of her friends and family with her narcissist ways. I am the only person she has left and I struggle to help her considering I was the most abused. She neglected my siblings as well as myself, but I am the only one she physically and mentally abused as well. So… a resounding YES. RH negatives CAN be narcissists.
You described my mother in law to a T!! She is also RH negative and is a heavy duty narcissist as well. Her mother had the same traits. There are some “reports” saying that RH negative people are angels…I sincerely doubt it. My mother in law is far from being an angel. In fact, she is flat right out evil! I took care of her and is the most ungrateful and mean person I have ever met.
Hi, i name narcissists “vitamins” of the society, they are always confident, know what they want, schemers, pragmatic, innovative, trend setters. Many politicians are narcissists. I never heard narvissists speaking about traumas, or showing inner pain, maybe they don’t feel pain. Also cold and distant. Does any of these qualities reminds you rh – ‘ s?
I disagree narcissism as disorder, they are just different from others, like ” programming code” in their mind directs their lifestyle.
