Did Rh- Blood run through the Veins of the Ancient Hebrews?

We do not know the Rh factor frequencies among the ancient Hebrews, but we can look at related tribes as well as certain populations standing out today.

While Ashkenazi tend to show similar frequencies as the European nations in which their ancestors lived for hundreds of years, significantly higher Rh- frequencies in some other Jewish and closely related groups raise the questions once again:

Did the ancient Hebrews have high percentages of Rh- blood, where did they originate and were there significant differences between the Jewish tribes?

Around 28% Rh-
This makes the percentage of Rh negative individuals among Samaritans 18.4%

How closely related to the ancient Hebrews are today’s Bedouins?
Sephardic Jews took the North African route to Europe. Did they leave their Rh- blood on the way?

While only a small percentage of their DNA remains North African, their high frequency of Rh-blood indicates an ancestral tribe with potentially huge numbers.
