Thank you for understanding.
I read it. But I’m afraid I don’t understand it. Errr I never studied genetics. I’m a nurse. I like science and of course I’m RH negative. Ergo the additional interest. What I do believe is that because so many of us have overactive immune systems it seems to help in the case of those with the Rh factor who contract Covid-19.
Regardless of whether I understand it completely or not I still can make an attempt to do so. You just keep us informed- thanks
Romona, you mentioned you are RH “(D)” negative, then it’s good news.
Lesley posted quite a good article in a thread “ TRUMP CLAIMS BEING IMMUNE TO COVID-19” which might be easier for you to understand.

fwiw – i just posted a reply to Lesley’s post on this topic here: https://www.rhesusnegative.net/staynegative/trump-claims-being-immune-to-covid-19/#comment-12114 … this doesn’t seem to be the Rh(D) gene that is being talked about/discussed. i’m not trying to pour cold water on anybody, just seeking the truth that’s all. i like how active this site’s been. i like it better when lots of people are involved. hope all are well.
Thanks Ken,
I appreciate your caution and correction, perhaps my wording should have been “potentially good news” adding to the growing evidence of blood related theories.
Not having a scientific background myself and trying to decipher the above, I took factor D as meaning the protein D antigen, then expanding that to those who are RH (D) negative, it could in theory imply that some form of innate protection i.e a natural “inhibition” so to speak could be present.
I will continue to watch any developments with interest.
I am in total agreement with you caution, safety & “seeking the truth” must be the priority.
I’ve read it also, but I don’t really understand it very well, I do love all the information that is posted
That article was so diffficult to read, because the print was so small & fine, even though I had on my reading glasses. Is there a way you can redo it with larger & bolder type?
