This morning, my temperature was measured and it was 36.4 degrees Celsius.
I was surprised as since I have had my temperature taken frequently recently due to COVID-19, it was way up from the previous ones taken which were all 35.9 at the most.
Now I find out that 36.5–37.5 °C (97.7–99.5 °F) is the average human body temperature, so me not having seen a doctor in 35 years, I learned that indeed, I have far below average body temperatures.
My body temperature usualy lies between 35,5 and 35,9°C (95,9 – 96,6F)
Above that numbers, I feel ill.
My sister, with the same blood group, told me the same.
Seems, lower body temp is common with Rh- People.
My sister and I are the same. Low body Temps. We feel bad once we hit 98 and real bad at 99
just checked my temp: 97.5 / 36.389, it’s usually below normal and in this range 97.5-97.8 F … also bought & used a good pulse oxygen meter because of CoViD-19 several times a couple months ago and would often get results of 49-50 beats/min (early post wake-up & low activity) & 97-98 blood oxygen saturation level regardless of what i’ve been doing.
I’m not sure if my temperature was always lower, I just noticed it in the past 10-15 years. The last couple times I went to the doctor it was 96.2 or a couple tenths higher.
I have documented (vitals at Dr office) lower body temperature – normal for me is 96.5. I also have low blood pressure; so much so that when I’ve had surgery they haven’t wanted to let me out of recovery, they kept waiting for my BP to come up despite my insisting that it was normal for me. It’s now in my chart notes. My blood type is A neg.
I’m also A- and have experienced the same—low temperature and low blood pressure that caused hospital staff to suspect I was having a medical problem even though those numbers were normal for me
I’m blood Type b neg. My temperature usually is 97 degrees Fahrenheit.
I am AB – my temp is usually 97.6 but may drop to 97.3.
Most people run around 98.6
Last week I measured at 34C or 93.2 F and I am a O negative.
B neg. low body temperature. Low blood pressure. I always need to explain this when seeing a new doctor or dentist.
I have been suffering severe attacks of what I can only describe as “spontaneous hypothermia”. It matters not where I am, or the abient temprature, and my most severe attack lasted a dangerous 4.5 hours..
Any help/
I’ve experienced the same for years–when I lived in Southern California I often went to bed with a wool cap and flannel pajamas, even though the temperature was very warm in the house. I have greatly improved this problem by eating sufficient lean protein and taking a plant-based supplement Thyrocsin, to support better thyroid function. This should keep your body feeling much warmer and energetic, without using chemicals.
