As far as I am aware, there are no official studies regarding blood pressure rates and Rh factor or even ABO groups. In multiple questionnaires in my own group I have detected a trend of low blood pressure data common among rh negatives. Some also claimed high blood pressure. Very few seemed to have “normal” numbers.
