Do you have a sensitive stomach?

If you are Rh negative, there is a good chance that you might have what is commonly labelled as a “sensitive stomach”.

If you have been a reader of my blog, you will likely realize that I consider such rather a blessing than a curse.

Why?

Your body is designed to quickly rid itself of anything that isn’t good for you.

That may express itself through allergies where you immediately react towards something that your body considers an intruder (such as dust) or your stomach immediately wanting to excrete food items (or additives) which are bad for you.

The key, as always, is to do our best to

  1. Buy fresh food
  2. buy natural food
  3. follow your cravings

If it’s from a can or package, you may not know what else is in it.

Trust your body.

Just because a commercial tells you to eat it, doesn’t mean it’s something that Rh negatives should eat.
