Insomnia is very common in Rh negatives,. especially women with blood type A-.
I don’t really give advice. I have nothing to sell to you. No books, no diets, no pills.
I share with you my life.
What works for me, what doesn’t and what I consider very dangerous.
For example:
Supplements.
Synthetic vitamins are highly toxic.
I have come to realize that all my life, I didn’t get proper nutrition, no matter how much I eat.
You see:
The claim that beef contains no Vitamin C is false.
Don’t get me wrong:
Nature didn’t give you a craving for sweets to seduce you into eating cake and pudding.
Especially pregnant and nursing women as well as children require far more vitamins and nutrients than adult males, so never listen to any of the cultists trying to tell you what you are and aren’t allowed to eat on any diet.
I now eat once a day and that is at night.
I mostly eat beef, cooked rare or beef tartare. You may want to keep the beef frozen for a couple of days just in case.
During the day I drink mostly mineral water. Our distant ancestors didn’t drink distilled water, they drank water filled with nutrients.
Aside from that I follow my cravings as long as what I consume is natural.
Nothing processed.
When I am full, I fall asleep.
Don’t get confused by bored housewives trying to add fake importance to their time in the kitchen.
Don’t listen to doctors trying to sell you shady products.
Learn on your own and share it with the right people.
Life is a journey.
Let’s take it together.

Good morning
Sleep is like a fleeting phantom in my life. Has been since I had my first baby he is 35 now. But I am still looking after children. I have tried everything to help me sleep, as it truly is a gift. I just bought a sleeping aid called the sleeping otter by fisher price. It has a mode that replicates breathing and you can control the volume. Game changer. Instead of a gazillion thoughts now I am forced to hear this consistent gentle breathing. When I wake up at 3am I just press the otter’s tummy and back to sleep I go.
I discovered this when the SW purchased this for a little girl in our care. I highly recommend this.
I’d suggest to have your steak or main meal in the morning instead of at night. Breakfast has been proven essential to start your inner clock working after sleep.
