A fairly recent study shows around 75% of married people indicating they have settled for a spouse and “lost their true love”. While this statistic is frightening, it also explains a lot. It explains why there is so much misery and infidelity in this world and also why divorce rates are so high (and generally growing) and so many children are unhappy. Of course, for years we have been focused on high divorce rates which was of course the wrong thing to look at. The divorce rates were just a symptom of what people usually refuse to talk about. Anything that is deeply personal and touching usually gets avoided in society and instead the symptoms will be discussed to death.
While I don’t have exact data handy at this time, I am assuming that people settle in employment and educational fields just as much. It has been taught from childhood on to be able to accept being unhappy and unfulfilled. Parents lacking passion for each others and their work may not be understanding when their kids are following their dreams, so the spirit of settling often gets passed on.
When I am discussing overall social discomfort in rhesus negatives, it is due to my overall suspicion that what has become the norm simply creates intense inner conflict in us.
My question is not just if you have settled in life, but whether or not you teach your children that to settle is a virtue. Do you teach them that the easy way is the way?
Do you think it is right to tell them what you want them to study rather than allowing their inner selves to shine through and do you think it is right to pressure them to get married quickly so you can have grandchildren?
Think about these things for a second without someone butting in with “That’s just the way it is”.
For as long as I could remember, I was unable to accept many things the general population seems to just shrug off as normal. It continues to be the case. On the other hand, seeing children suffer in any way is hard to bear for me. Hearing a child cry or watching some beast of a mother verbally abuse her 4-year-old in a supermarket aisle. “What do you care, it’s not your child?”. “I don’t know. How can you not care?”.
I know that the feedback I get from rhesus negatives is quite different from a more general population. Rhesus negatives appear to be more likely to relate to this. Most in the general population seem to want to turn things around and accuse you of thinking and worrying too much.
Here is a quick video I have made which is still unlisted, so feel free to give me feedback, good or bad:
All honest feedback is appreciated.
In the medical and mental health industries, symptoms are more likely treated than causation being properly examined. It is a) easier and b) more profitable. So while I am researching, I cannot help bringing up thoughts as these as well. Otherwise I am not reaching towards solutions. And if all the world’s science is at hand, but no solutions initiated to use them to make our lives better overall, we are focused on the wrong thing and not going to benefit from the great discoveries being made in our day and age.
brilliant choice of topic. this gets to the core of things, no matter what country someone thinks they came from. But this is exactly my situation, have been saying this over 60 years. Medical? Treat the symptom, ignore the holistic causes, make as much money as you can. Mental “health”, incarcerate the victim, drug them, give them a permanent record, create more depression, if people healed themselves they would lose business, keep the livestock in the system for as long as possible to extract the most energy out of them before they die. Kind of like those dementors in harry potter.
I’d like to add to this…if you follow your intuition and true path, some people get extremely angry, because they assume you must have a slush fund, or are involved in something illegal, because they can’t figure out the motives. While they are slaving away at their sweatshop of a job, complaining about it. But yes, absolutely, divorce rates are a symptom, depression is a symptom, but the real losses are to everyone in the community, if someone isn’t working to their full potential or abilities. When you do go into that direction, again, often people encounter a huge amount of resistance, “who do you think you are” , we never heard of that idea before it must be wrong,we can’t find it on the internet it must be wrong, you’re not an engineer it must be wrong, you’re not this, you’re not that, and at first it gets ridiculed, then attacked viciously. Then after 20-30 years, accepted as normal.
my thoughts years ago were that glyphosate is a broad spectrum microcide that kills everything, and if that’s in your food, it’ll create anomalous microbial communities in the gut flora, and that could lead to secondary effects that we don’t yet understand. I was against GMO 40 years ago because there are unknown secondary effects, that nobody has considered, I was labeled as a religious extremist. I have a small hunting camp, must be some type of survivalist. It never stops, the other genome invents it’s own explanations for everything. using THEIR very important paradigm as the dominant viewpoint. Now after the last 50 years , we can say fairly confidently that most of these paradigms are wrong, they dn’t work, they are proven not to work, and they need to be dismantled, completely starting over. Thanks for the article today.
Thank you for this commentary!
If only our children could be taught early
In life to recognize the core issues, And learn
To create a positive and productive life, based on
Their own inner skills and nature. This world would
Be a much better place.!
Our society seems to have become a chaos.
A chasm Of confusion. Emotional intelligence,
Is not highly regarded. Instead, A whirl of inempt
Listening skills, and a lack of sensitivity toward
Our fellow humans , has become the norm.
Enjoyed your commentary!
I am a single dad with my 5 year old daughter full time. I have had to back off of chasing the money I used to, to give more time to taking care of my daughter and being local to home. It’s been quite an adjustment from my previous lifestyle. The money and many other things a good looking single man travelling for work faces is no longer a part of my current situation. It’s been a beautiful experience to raise a daughter whome I made. During this time I have been on a journey and have learned more in the last few years than I have in the 35 years prior. It was recently that I came across the very topic of future career. To look back at my life, I had a dream for a specific career which lasted from preschool through high school. I discovered beer, pot and girls and blew it off. I began to realize my own beginning to settling. There have been many career ideas along the way that I felt would have been great careers as a second choice which would be more fitting for the given point in time, however to still picture in my mind doing my ultimate dream job, I would have pursued that despite the fact that all of my second choice ideas along the way are more financially lucrative. Today Im a small entreprenuer moving forward, which I is my ideal career under my current circumstances. I look back though when my slate was more clear and I was more youthful with less limitations, I wish I would have stayed the career course. Today o have my only daughter and I wouldn’t change that. But in hers and my recent conversation about what she wants to be when she grows up, I began to complicate the conversation, as I usually do with my 5 year old rh neg, to explain how there’s your dream job, and then there’s preffered realistic jobs, and then jobs we get stuck in or use for a stepping stone. Then I stopped myself realizing I was talking to myself, and told my daughter she can be whatever she wants to be.
If the pharmaceutical and medical industry made cures commercially available to all then they wouldn’t be the fat daddy companies and doctors they are today. Just as any business thrives on customers, so does the medical and drug industry. Many people speak of how there’s a new drug to remediate the symptoms to an unheard of ailment, disorder, disease, etc. All the time. I know we look back and wonder why people 30 years ago just didn’t have the new problems today. I believe the engineers who come up with drugs also had to come up with a problem which it remediates. I’m sure which order that happens swings both ways
