    l don’t.

    l am a former smoker and l truly and honestly could not continue to do it. It made me feel dirty and just too guilty all the time.
    We
    My family are all heavy smokers. Part of me thinks l only started because l figured l’d end up doing it, anyway.

    l quit around age 20, age 40 now.
