Eat real food, Rh negatives!

I cannot tell you what to eat, but I CAN share some of my c hoices
If you are set on not eating meat (your choice), at least make sure that you get some protein.

When you eat the right food, you will have the energy and desire to use your body.

When using your body, you will have no problem sleeping.

I use only natural ingredients, nothing packaged.

We live in a society where meals are treated like special events. Eat because you’re hungry. Let your body guide you. Not advertising or people always sharing recipes while complaining about their weight.

There are more important things to talk about than recipes making bad food taste better.

Here is, once again, what I avoid:

Anything with sugar

Bread

Pasta

Pizza

Noodles

Ravioli

Spaghetti

…you get the point.

Lemon water beats energy drinks.

Would you feel a need for coffee if you were perfectly rested?

When I feel the need for ☕, I use real ☕ and real 🥛.

No sugar.

Your cravings for sweets are a good thing.

They ensure that you consume vitamins.

The healthier we become, the more we realize just how unhealthy we really are.

Being Rh- doesn’t mean you are too sensitive.

It means your senses are working well

They are there to protect you from unhealthy intruders.

That includes cheap shampoos, chlorine and whatever else might hit your skin.

I am writing this as the thoughts come to me.
