I don’t take advice from those trying to force theirs on me.
I see people I like and figure I watch what they do.
Like in terms of being an example.

As an A- blood type at the age of 79 years old, I do Hatha Yoga, some Tai Chi exercises, some elliptical machine or bicycle exercises, & I also try to watch my diet. As a result of all these things & playing around with some of my old martial arts weapons a little bit, I’m in darn good shape for my age.
