I love the constants in my life. Until a few years ago, my favorite constant was Jerry Lewis. Now there are still William Shatner, aged 92 and Mick Jagger who just turned 80.
Though I am no fan of YouTube “documentaries” in general, this one I decided to watch:
Is he really using the Ketogenic Diet?
As I have often mentioned, and that is only my opinion, Rh negatives tend to be the healthiest or unhealthiest people in the world as we strongly reflect the lifestyle that we live. I guess that Mick had a turnaround at one point. How about the Paleo diet? Or how about: Low-carb in general and high-protein?
It doesn’t mean we need to subscribe to another person’s regiments.
I don’t listen to what people say, for the most part, but watch what they do and what examples they set.
William Shatner, not sure what his blood type is as he won’t tell me on Twitter (feel free to ask him as well), said at one point that the secret to his health is the fact that every day for the past few decades, he spent at least 30 minutes every day in his swimming pool.
My old post called IS THE BLOOD TYPE DIET RIGHT FOR RH NEGATIVES? has quite a few comments which I am always happy about considering that rather than taking advice from self-appointed “health apostles”, I prefer personal feedback from Rh- people.
So my question to all of you is:
What works for you?
If enough people answer, we can find common denominators and figure out the perfect diet for Rh negatives.
I have always said, that we consume too many carbs, because they are cheap and filling us up without really filling our body with what it needs seems to have sadly continued as a sad trend since the middle ages where farmers were reduced to high-carb diets that are low-budget and enabling them to work hard enough until they drop dead and then have their many children continue running the farm paying 10% to the church and taxes in addition.
Now most people have the money to eat well, yet most still don’t.
Feel free to let us know what advice you have for other Rh negatives.
Or to be more specific:
What have you learned?
What didn’t work for you?
What works for you?
What are you uncertain about?
If you can’t ask it here, then where?
