What are things you do to help differentiate between your intuition & projection of fears/insecurities/biases etc.
I often gaslight myself that I’m overreacting or overthinking and I rationalize only to later find I bit myself in the bum by giving myself the benefit of doubt in my thinking which turned out to be true.
What can help me better distinguish between my gut instinct/hunches and my projection of fears/biases/insecurities.
