Many scientists agree that generally speaking, carbohydrates are something we are overloaded on due to high-carb products often being far cheaper than high-protein ones.
it is highly possible to be overweight and generally starving at the same time if what you eat doesn’t satisfy what your body craves.

Type 0- female. I have been a vegetarian since toddlerhood, eating less and less animal flesh the older I got. No fish or chicken, pork, etc. but will eat dairy and boiled eggs. I just don’t enjoy the texture of dead animal flesh.
