Why are so many British Royals left-handed?

She is.
Her father was.
Her mom was as well.
Her grandson is.

Her son, as far as we know is right-handed, but again, it is always possible that he was left-handed but raised to “right-handed”:

When donating blood in the 1980s, the world learned that Prince Charles is a universal donor (O negative).

As for Harry, can we say with certainty that he is her blood relative?

Queen Victoria was left-handed. She was trained to write with her right hand, but she continued to paint with her left. So was her great-grandson, King George VI.

Same with her great-granddaughter:
