Example:

16% in the Czech Republic are Rh-

According to the Hardy-Weinberg formula, that makes the gene frequency 0.4, so:

48% are Rh+/-

36% are Rh+/+

That means around 64% are either Rh- or Rh+, but carrying the Rh- recessively

This holds true for every population with at least around 9% Rh-
