    Moringa Olivera drumstick tree. Has everything you need in one seed! Check it out everyone, grows in the tropics, grows with minimal maintenance and water. Everything is edible, even roots apparently.Extensively studied in India. Flowers, leaves, tender pods all are eaten. I take 3 seeds a day. I’m tall so have to be aware of your weight. Look it up.
