The big five model of personality has been considered by many psychologists as a popular and powerful approach for the study of personality characteristics. These include neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. Recognition of blood types could help in the recognition personality traits. This is a descriptive and correlation study. 400 people were enrolled in the study using the convenience sampling method. The 60-item NEO-PI was used for data collection. Data entered into SPSS version 18 and analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency distribution tables, mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD tests.
