I have the L6 vertebrae and have suffered back problems for 60 years. I think I have vestigial extra ribs, hazel eyes, and pretty much most of the genetic oddities associated with RH negative blood. When I went in the Navy in 1962 I was told, and it was on my dog tag, that I was A positive blood type. I nearly bled to death internally in 2017 2 different times and I was told I was A negative when I was being given blood transfusions. I knew from about 30 years ago when the spine surgeon showed me I had the extra vertebrae but it wasn’t until 2017 that I started investigating the RH negative thing having spent most of my life thinking I was A positive. Interestingly enough my first 2 wives were RH negative, both my parents and most relatives. My one daughter is AB negative and another daughter married a negative guy and all three of their children are AB negative. There’s definitely an attraction between RH negative people that they are able to find each other. I just wish science could find the REAL origins of RH negative. My mother’s haplogroup is H2a3 which is classified as “uncommon”. My father’s haplogroup is common. My mother’s parents were both 100% German and my father’s mother was 100% German and his Dad was a mixture. I do belong to 23andme but the information is limited and nothing about RH negative blood typing.
