Vitamin B12 deficiency

Nature didn’t create us to be sick. Nature created us the right way for the right environment to be in. As recently mentioned, the first appearance of the D gene deletion likely took place somewhere near the ocean. Oxygen transport of the D protein wasn’t as important and likely out ancestors consumed a lot of seafood.

Sardines are an excellent source of vitamin B12, ranking as one of the World’s Healthiest Food most concentrated in this nutrient.

It comes to no surprise when many rh negatives mention being B12 deficient and it leads me to wonder why.

The easy answer would be that something we are not consuming as much today used to be a common part of our ancestors’ intake. Sardines and mackarel are great for vitamin B12. Not necessarily the canned goods, but the product in itself could be what we are lacking.
