Do Rh Negative People have a certain Look?

Most likely:

Red hair

Blue or grey eyes

Fair skin

Nowadays, many Rh- negatives have hazel eyes and central heterochromia which are basically our blue/grey-eyed genes shining through despite brown-eyed people in our Ancestries.

Similar to Auburn, strawberry blonde, reddish hair. Many of us also have different hair colours, e.g. having brown hair, yet a reddish beard.

As for skin tone:

If you have freckles, they may easily express the skin tone of an ancestor or ancestors darker than you.

Are rh negative people more likely to have red hair and/or freckles?
