Quite a few keyword searches are coming in containing this and similar questions. Of course, I can now give you the obvious answers:
Allergies, autoimmune issues, anemia, social discomfort in Rh negative men and many others which have been highlighted in our study.
However, my approach to all of this is very different:
I do not look at it as there being issues within us, but rather issues in the world surrounding us which we react to stronger.
The truth is that our mutation likely came about and thrived/spread under conditions which were ideal for us. Now the conditions are far from it for most of us. What needs to change are the conditions surrounding us and we can all take small (or maybe some big steps) to do our part to make our own lives better and with that the lives for other Rh negatives (and Rh positives) as well.
Here is one advantage Rh negatives seem to have despite the conditions surrounding us not being ideal:
