I hate to look things up. The deeper I get involved with the scientific community, the more I realize the lack of desire to heal people in the medical industry. It is about keeping you alive, but not making you better. Healing would mean loss of a patient. Instead, I prefer to ask the ones I believe to care. What have you learned to help when suffering from allergies?
In my life, I have had them and went through 2 years of weekly injections which did nothing.
I feel better in certain locations.
Costa Rica was probably where I felt best.
I believe it is a mix of psychosomatic and exposure to allergens triggering this. When it rains, for example, I am getting more allergic reactions. Try and hot climate in general seems good for me. Ocean, not lake. I am wondering who else here can help me give some input.
