How much sunlight is good for you may be connected to the amount of melanin your body is able to produce
Swimming
Even just being in the water 30 minutes a day has a positive effect, whether you do any serious swimming or not
Fruit juice
Plants don’t want to die, so the closer you get to the root, the worse it gets. Plants want you to eat their fruit and excrete the “fertilized” seeds
Nature
Salt
Mineral water
Eating fish
Earthing
Real milk
Real coffee with real milk and no sugar (if you have to drink coffee)
