For the most part, we don’t eat like our ancestors did and it impacts our health
Of course, not everything our ancestors consumed is still available
Or easy to obtain for that matter

Wild game and seafood seem to do well for many of us
Does that mean we should eat fish everyday?
I personally don’t see a problem with that
Of course, listen to your cravings and satisfy those with fresh and natural food
If you crave sweets, your body tells you to eat fruit
It is that simple
Those who complicate things, may want to sell you on a diet plan
