Yup. Unfortunately. I found out I’m allergic to it. I rarely eat bread, the processed kind, because as a child we moved to Mexico. And Bernardina made handmade tortillas de maíz. Bread was a rarity, buy occasionally my mom would whip out the white Bimbo bread, gross. We would roll it up into balls and throw them at each other. Jajaja and at the cement block house, they would stick. Imagine what it would do to your intestines…later on I found out I was allergic to the gluten in the bread. Unfortunately my mom’s Oatmeal cookies had flour. But the flour in Mexico in 1963 isn’t the same as it is in 2024. It wasn’t as processed or “white”, as it is now…except for the bimbo bread. Lolol
