Who were the Etruscans genetically speaking?

The Etruscans are of great interest to me. To this day, Neanderthal DNA presence is exceptionally high in Tuscany and one can only imagine the likely far higher frequencies of such prior to events like the Barbarian invasions over 1.000 years ago.

Y-DNA indicates primarily Steppe (Yamnaya) ancestry, but also Caucasus and possibly Sumerian.

While regarding mitochondrial DNA haplogroups, the most prevalent was largely H, followed by J and T.

K1a4 was present as well.
