Y-DNA wise, haplogroup G shows up in Armenians and G2a was quite frequent in the Proto Basques.
MtDNA wise, H seems highest and J and K are also well-represented in the Armenians. J and K together made up around 42% in the mtDNA genepool of the Proto Basques.
Armenia is among the highest in blood type A worldwide and the Basques may have gotten their frequencies of blood type A from there.
As for the language commonalities:
There’s similarities between Basque and Armenian languages, which tells us that Basques might’ve had origins from the Caucasus. Basque is not an Indo-European language, however modern day Armenianis, yet Basque and Armenian share a lot of similarities. Armenian however has many non-Indo-European influences.
