This is not an official study and if there was one, it wouldn’t make it into the medical journal until we have an explanation the editors accept. What could be the reason? Why are Rh negatives more likely to be left-handed? Are you left-handed or right-handed and what is your blood type? (Note: Many have answered with “ambidextrous” and for now, I am counting these votes as “neutral”)
