Rh negative women deserve the opportunity to find a partner who is also Rh Negative.
Then and only then can you be sure that your offspring is also Rh negative and Rh incompatibility issues in pregnancies cannot occur.

I am not convinced by the argument that Rh negs should partner with only Rh negs. but would love to see more scientific evidence on the topic. My intuitive concern is that too much of “like partnering with like” is unhealthy, since it may lead to inbreeding. I see Rh neg as only one of many critical genes, and think that other traits need to be considered as well.
